Front staff is nice sometimes but the wait times and service quality from the doctors themselves is horrible. My PCP was Dr. Bao Quy Nguyen and every time I scheduled an appointment it would include me waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes to an hour, getting my weight and heart rate checked, waiting in the exam room for another 30-45 minutes, only to be seen by a doctor that isn't Dr. Nguyen. Went in 3-4 times and in all of my visits I'd never actually seen or talked to him. The doctors there will talk to you for 5-10 minutes and then send you out. 0 stars. Not even a 1. By far the worst doctor ever. Gates didnt open til after 9. And his wait times are ridiculous. I dont recommend him to anyone. He doesnt care an ounce about his patients.

I was assigned to them for a few years now, And had no idea, I usually go to the urgent care by Lorraine. I called them to schedule an appointment a little over two weeks ago, turns out my insurance changed and they no longer were able to accept me?! (Is what they said) I called again a few days ago after I received my new insurance card, and they are still on there as "primarily". As I was telling the receptionist this "hey I called..you declined me...." they completely ignored me and gave me my appointment. Uhm, yeah no. Im going to change them.
