I am beyond impressed with the value of grooming with this establishment. They absolutely understand how to make your dog comfortable in a new environment. In Dewey's grooming experience, we were unsure of which number cut to use for his grooming in comparison to his previous groomer, but this business went the extra mile in sending me photos constantly to keep me informed of what cut looks good to me. Dewey has never been a fan of grooming businesses, but this is the first place where I saw him completely happy to be there. I'm so pleased with their staff and service. I called the same day and were accommodating enough to accept a last-minute haircut. I took a photo of how I wanted my puppy to look and meet our expectations. I fell in love with my pup the instant I saw him with his first haircut. A+++ I originally hired Att Pet Mobile Grooming who butchered my puppy. I would not recommend it for the convenience of mobile grooming. Beware!

Brought my dog here for his first ever grooming appointment and was very much happy with the results. I was also nervous dropping him off but the staff said that he did really well! The service included bath, grooming, nail trim, teeth brushing, and anal gland expression - which was surprising since vets charge an arm and a leg for this. Anyway, my dog suffered from at-home hair cuts so his fur was pretty uneven and raggedy in some parts but they cleaned him up like a charm. Griffon is a very handsome boy and we'll be making Happy Pawz our regular grooming spot!
