I absolutely love F4! I migrated over to this gym after trying Orange Theory in Lincoln Center when they first opened but honestly wasn't a big fan due to how many people were in the classes and also how hard it was to reserve a class time. At F4, it's the complete opposite! I've been working out at F4 since October 2019! I currently train with Oscar, who covers Ryan's classes sometimes but I've also tried Ryan's stretching class and I loved it. His teaching technique is so encouraging and doesn't ever make me feel stupid for not knowing how to do an exercise. The gym is well-kept and I love how intimate it is compared to the bigger gyms! All the equipment is in great shape and everything is super clean. I've never felt more comfortable in a gym than I do at F4! I would say, stop spending your money at these big gyms and give your money to this small business that you'll end up getting your money's worth even more! Switching to F4 has been the best decision I've made in a while.
