I stopped coming here because a lady I didn’t get her name tried to tell me a spot she ruined was because it was already like that. Pretty insulting because how are you gonna tell me how my eyebrows were before. I prefer supporting an honest business. I also don’t like how they’d always try to get you to purchase their membership.

I gave 2 stars only because my brows were well cleaned. Beside that, the service provider was so rude. Tall younger girl was so rude! I gave her a tip did not even say bye or thank you. I will not return. If I do I will try the owner. Get your employees to respect clients.

The only on that does a good job is the owner. The short dark skinned lady is rude. She ruined 3 eyebrows back to back including mine and blamed every single one of her clients. I should of got the point when the Second Lady was arguing with her. I have my eyebrows micro bladed and she even went above and removed hair she didn’t need to. Also the threading string they use is diff from other places, it stings while it’s treading. As if it was a cheap material. I will never come back .
