His office staff is professional, friendly, and very competent in assisting with frame selection, determining insurance coverage, and performing necessary tests to facilitate proper diagnosis of eye conditions. The doctor is patient in performing the eye exam and explains results of testing. I am so grateful to have found All-City Optometry. Dr. Ho is very caring and takes lots of time to give a careful and thorough exam. Bill and Lanna are a great team - very welcoming and thoughtful. Lanna helped me choose my frames and she did a great job of helping me find something I would like and that fits great! I absolutely LOVE my new glasses - I feel like I don't even have them on! Even more surprising is that I only waited a few days for my first consult - in fact, I was the one that didn't have time available.
