When my husband died unexpectedly the coroner asked me to choose a funeral home to make arrangements. I was unprepared but remembered that we had worked with Deyoung Shoreline for my father-in-law's service. Deyoung Shoreline made a difficult time a lot easier with their personal attention and care.

Our experience at DeYoung Shoreline was wonderful. My father had nothing planned or in place. DeYoung was very professional and was able to help guide us in the right direction. Everyone was polite, patient, helpful and accommodating. If we had a question we could call or email and someone would be there to help. I was worried with being a funeral home the facility would be dark and sad, but that was not the case. The facility is bright, welcoming, uplifting. A perfect place to say our goodbyes and remember my father with family and friends. Everything was tastefully done. Chou and team made the experience seamless.

Karen and Cynthia are also amazing. Between them, they took care of all the arrangements for my MiL's services at the chapel, liaised with the church, and were there for us every step of the way throughout, whether it was arranging flowers as they arrived, walking... read full review
