Community Medical Centers - East March

This clinic is one of the worst in Stockton. After being on the ER , I need to see my primary Doctor, for another procedure. Oh shit , I have to wait 3 weeks to see him . Oh and it’s by phone, no in person . That’s so ridiculous.

It is very important to have your appointment and all the staff assist you with great cordiality and professionalism. I have also gone with my children and I have never had any problems regarding the attention.
They call or send you a text message in advance to remember your appointment and if you can't make it, they reschedule it.

I was waiting for almost 6 hours yesterday for the doctor to check my son. 1 of the receptionists was very rude and unfriendly. I didn't pay attention to his name. Stop, he hates his job. He has no way to talk to the very arrogant people who hate the receptionists.
