Today, we had a tree blow over onto a home in our neighborhood that was listed by Citi One. Within 1 hour of the tree blowing over, the agent for Citi was on site making calls and getting things done to have the tree removed and the site secured. She stayed throughout the morning making sure that the situation was resolved and left only after all was taken care of. Caperucita, the agent for citi, and, I believe, owner really impressed me with this. If she handles the rest of business this way, I would not hesitate to do business with her.
