In desperation we called Joel to help clean up our main room carpet. We have little dogs who manage to "sneak" a piddle from time to time. I have my own Hoover machine and tried many carpet cleaning products from Walmart to professional formulas that cost $$. I even applied and rinsed with distilled water. Joel is professional. Doesn't over promise anything. Doesn't try to upsell you addl. services or products which I appreciated. He really put his head down and got to work. He had an array of equipment to get the entire process complete. Not the hoses from your house to the van outside thing.
