In desperation we called Joel to help clean up our main room carpet. We have little dogs who manage to "sneak" a piddle from time to time. I have my own Hoover machine and tried many carpet cleaning products from Walmart to professional formulas that cost $$. I even applied and rinsed with distilled water. Joel is professional. Doesn't over promise anything. Doesn't try to upsell you addl. services or products which I appreciated. He really put his head down and got to work. He had an array of equipment to get the entire process complete. Not the hoses from your house to the van outside thing. I called with questions and concerns and he was knowledgeable with his recommendations and agreed to comeback and correct any issue if not resolved (without me even having to ask). The room is done and most dried within a day, a slight tacky feeling disappeared on the second day (as he advised would happen). The worst pet soil area he used double the product and advised to let it stay moist and not attempt to dry prematurely because the product does its work when wet. I stayed in touch and he let me know when to start using a fan. It's dry now and no residue left there either. I feel so fortunate to have chosen him for this project. His service is just that. Very professional service with punctual arrival, realistic expectations and service that continued to the conclusion. I will be hiring again for upholstery and more carpet upstairs.
