My wife greeted him and let him in to begin work while I was gone on an errand, and by the time I got back, he was packing up and leaving. I only asked for our living room and hallway to be done (its literally all the carpet we have), and he was done in a half hour, and I could absolutely see a MAJOR difference in the carpet from before I left to when I got back, as well as making a few stains (pet and food) disappear.IT. “These ladies are miracle workers! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. We bought a house that was left in an absolutely filthy state by the seller. The bathtub, toilets, shower were disgusting, thick cobwebs were over all of the walls and draperies, the carpet in the master bedroom was covered with trash. We were so discouraged when we had the walk-thru with the seller's agent. Valerie and her cleaning partner were such hard-workers and kept coming back before and after other cleaning jobs to clean every surface of the house including the kitchen cabinets and refrigerator. I didn't think the house could look as clean as they were able to get it, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. The house is 1000% better and in a livable condition. I can't thank these ladies enough for their dedication and willingness to clean a house in such a terrible state. I will definitely hire Stain Patrol again to clean our house on a regular schedule.“
“I hired Serrano’s to clean our ranch house on Roberts Island. This house was last cleaned in 2008. The water is full of iron and it stains the toilets, sinks and bathtubs with a rusty brown color. They used a liquid cleaner that removed all the brown stain on the sinks and tile. They removed four loads of junk. This is a very honest company and there is no other company that will clean like Serrano’s. Excellent job and I will be using them. They show up to work!“
