I have been using Brookside optometric for years, and have seen 3 different providers within their group. Every time I go to have my annual examination every member of the Brookside optometric team, including the optometrists... Are all spectacular! The office is always Professional, from making the appointment, to appointment reminders, to the friendly attitude at the front desk during check-in, the professionalism of the ancillary staff throughout the process, checking the eyes with the various gizmos, prior to seeing the optometrist.
Overall I trust them whole heartedly with my eye care. I was a little bummed that they no longer take 2 payments for Eyewear and require it all at once, but the staff was extremely helpful.
It had been two years, since getting my eyes checked. Got in on-time and everything went well with check up. All the assistance were very helpful and nice. Always, liked this office.
