Beauty by Liana

Hello! My name is Liana. I have been doing permanent makeup since March of 2020. I specialize in ombre powder brows, lip blush, and eyeliner. I am also a licensed cosmetologist, since 2011. Although permanent makeup is my main focus, I still cut hair and work for Kaiser Permanente. I enjoy dedicating most of my time to my beauty business. I get to be creative, meet new people, and work with other amazing artists. My goal is to make my clients life a little easier and make them feel even better about themselves with permanent makeup. It's an honor to serve my community.
