Marcius was absolutely awesome! He communicated with me that he's be just a few mins late due to traffic but wasn't too bad at all. Upon arriving, he let me know what services would be done and how they'd be conducted. We went over any concerns I might've had and he made me feel very comfortable with peace of mind that he knew what he was doing. I voiced my preferences as to how I wanted my dog groomed and he did not disappoint! My Love was a bit nervous at first, but Marcius definitely has the magic friendly touch because she took to him very well. I highly recommend Marcius as a groomer for any and all your pets. Marcio @Alpha Grooming Pet Salon disguises himself as a dog mobile groomer. He was able to take care of 2 rescue Cairns who had never been groomed before. They were very fearful of noise and had unusual fear responses. He was kind and patient with them all, helped them get used to new sounds, and reduced any stress. The experience was a success, and they came out looking great. He is attentive to the dogs' reactions and shows concern for them. He is a great friend, and I cannot recommend him enough. Marcio Alves was great & showed much caring. My dog is very timid so Marcio's caring & patience really helped. Marcio would talk to him & assure him all would be OK. I will definitely have him back.
