called to get an estimate on fence replacement... young lady ( alyssia) was very professional and very nice -- was given a date and time -- tom called 15 minutes before arrival, and was very prompt. he was very informative and a pleasure to talk to. ---said he would text the estimate, in a few minutes .. in a few minutes , we had our estimate... -- it is nice to do business with a company, that does as they say, they will do.. and alyssia, was pleasant to talk with from start to finish....

Truly I don't get it. I gave two stars for an ok start including first call response and showing up on time. I have an acre of property that needs to be fenced. I will add that the fencing I'm looking for is far from inexpensive. I made an appointment and as another reviewee noted, the woman who answered the phone was friendly and honest about the timeframe someone could meet with me. Tom showed up, on time. He was friendly, professional, had some good ideas about my project. He was here for probably 2 hours. I don’t have words to say how Awsome they are, I called for an estimate and the owner came right out and did the estimate I was happy with the quote and went with them. They started the job and everything was perfect and they worked with me with all my questions and were very knowledgeable of their craft and I feel blessed.Service: Iron fence installation
