“We were searching for a class for our 3 year old and they were very accommodating with their free trial. Their instructor worked well with the small class. He gave good instruction and was clear. I did wish that they had more water breaks during their session, but all of the kids were fine. We ultimately didn't enroll our little one as he didn't like how strict they were with each exercise but we will try again when he is a bit older.“

“I don't have the words to express how much I recommend this gym to anybody interested in improving themselves mentally or physically. All instructors are very welcoming and meet you at your level then proceed to build you up and they're very good at doing it. I was a student of theirs for approximately 7 months and loved every moment I spent there.
