These guys are great! I love it when Yelp gets it right! Our AC wasn't cooling as expected. We contacted them to take a look at our AC and they came out to us in Van Nuys within a week. Their technician was great with communication and arrived on time. He was quick and to the point. He was up front with our different options and prices for each so that we could make the right decision. He wasn't pushy at all. Their prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing these services.
I'm very happy with the service of Air Crew. Water has been trickling down my closet in the past few years and no one can identify the problem. I finally got a contractor who told me, it was coming from an improperly installed Air Conditioner plus i's too big for the base. I called Air Crew who was recommended to me by a previous customer. I spoke with Igor who was very pleasant. He sent over Sergey Shinn who inspected my old system. He explained in detail what the problem was, too big system that was improperly installed. Sergey fixed my furnace issue. Sergey is very knowledgeable, will explain step by step what's going on. He is courteous, neat, honest and a diligent worker. He is highly recommended. Keep up the good works Sergey!!!
