The Vietnamese lady talks to me on the telephone, she's not friendly with me. She always talks to me coldly and makes me feel despicable. She did not want to explain any my questions.

Every time I call they never answer!It doesn't even give me an option to leave a voicemail. Then when they do call me it's a private or unknown number so my phone automatically goes straight to voicemail. Please if you are reading this, call me back with your 714 area code. Thank you.

They never answer the phone here I have to call Like 100 times it always goes to voice mail and I brought this concern up to them and they said it was a problem they were having with their phones and that it was getting fixed and apparently it’s still needs to be fixed. I had an appointment and they never called me I’ve been trying to get wic for my baby. They are very unprofessional.
