I've been going to Smile Family Dental for many years, and they have provided excellent service at reasonable cost. Dr. Dorothy Chao has a lot of experience and is board certified. She explains very clearly to each patient what the problem is, what needs to be done, and how much it will cost. I highly recommend Smile Family Dental for anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and reasonably priced dentist.

Dr Chao and staff are super professional, kind and friendly. Ive been coming here for the past five years and I don't want to change my dentist . She likes to interact with her patients, takes her time, and is a professional. She does an amazing job Thank you Dr Chou!

I love Dr. Chao and her staff! I've been going to her for over 15 years. I recommend her to everyone that are looking for a good dentist. I've had really bad experiences with dentist in the past. One time I broke my front tooth and she came in on her day off to help me. Who does this? That certainly changed my mind about dentistry. One year I changed my dental insurance and she wasn't in my network, it was my fault. I didn't go to the dentist that year. They are opened on Saturdays. They never try to oversell you on work that isn't needed like other places. She's incredibly honest and empathetic to her patients. There is no other dentist I would ever go to.
