Absolutely excellent! I needed a fob/key replacement immediately and William was able to come out right away and fix my broken fob plus replace my fob/key and give me an extra key for my 1999 Mercedes Benz quickly and for a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend!!!

My best friend flushed her Jetta key down the toilet. She has been calling every locksmith on Google for service only to be quoted $600+ or told that they don't have the capability to service her car. I sent out a message asking for quotes on yelp and not only did Empire Locksmith reply in less than 10min but they were also fair and upfront with their pricing. Which was significantly less than she had been previously quoted!! Will and his coworker were very communicative and were able to come to us and make her a new key SAME DAY!! Willie was on time and fast but most importantly did great work. I had two keys made by Empire. I will recommend them to all my friends. The price was great compared to others I checked with. I had a key made by one of the large competitors and had to return it after 3 days and to get a new one and it stopped working completely after one month. That's when I got a referral to Willie and Empire Locksmith. I'm glad I did!!!! Thanks Willie and Empire.
