MANI- were almost perfect.. cuticles were nicely clean. Nails were shaped to my request. My tech did not get offended when I asked to file a little bit more or a little bit less on my nails. Her paint stroke was nicely done, not thick at all...

This place was recommended by another kennel because they were out of space that weekend. And I am happy they did. They were able to take in our Shepard last minute. They have been our go to since. And even though I said last minute they are very thorough-we brought him in a couple days before for a behavioral assessment and they needed all his medical paperwork to make sure vaccines were up to date and he also needed a negative giardia test. All things I am happy to hand over because it means my baby is going to a well managed, clean facility. My dog loved it and comes home "good, happy and tired". He is young so he is always full of energy. Also you know it's a good place when your dog willing walks in the door excited knowing where he is at. For boarding they have a lot of extras you can choose from to make their stay more enjoyable. We always add on the peanut butter treat. We bring him in with his meals portioned out (or you can choose for them to feed them with their food), his blanket he sleeps an and a toy from home he can sleep with in the kennel. Last few times we add on a bath at the end of his stay and he comes home so clean and soft. The staff is so nice too. They allow me to feel relaxed and not worry about my baby when I am away. He will be returning for another stay soon.
We were assigned to Alliance by our insurance company to remediate damage in our kitchen related to a leak. (PSA: hoses connecting the water source to the refrigerator need to be changed every 3 to 5 years.). Bret was assigned to our case. He was awesome and extremely understanding as we navigated the process. The team who performed the remediation was very efficient and able to preserve our kitchen counters. Thank you!!

Lynn took me last minute and fit me in between clients. She took the time to listen to what I needed and knew I was in a rush. Love my hair cut and color all under $100. So worth the price!

The haircut is good and Rosa is a very nice barber, but this new system of appointments only sucks. Because of this I haven't been able to get cut here for months. GO BACK TO WALK IN FIRST COME FIRST SERVED, the COVID hoax is over so let's go back to normal please!!!! Only then will I give 5 stars.
Cammy was awesome and absolutely killed it with this cut. I know it's hard when someone comes in with wild bushy hair and the barber has to figure out how to get everything lined up again. She took her time and I literally have had more compliments on my hair this last week than I think I've ever received before. The shop was clean and everyone was very friendly, I will definitely be back!

Ombré pink and white acrylic nails with french toenails in the photos. I was worried about my yellow discoloration on the toes showing underneath, but it worked out beautifully with the dark pink color Mai provided. I have had everyone at this nail salon do my hands and feet for years. It really doesn't matter who you get. Everyone is amazing and they have the most competitive prices.

To start off, I've occasionally gotten lash extensions here and there from different places and I'm usually not satisfied. I decided to give it another try and someone referred me here. The prices were affordable, they were very communicative, and had a lot of openings (which is perfect because I have a limited schedule). When I walked in, they immediately knew who I was from our communication and sat me right away. They play relaxing music in the background and I kid you not, I fell asleep! I came out very pleased with the experience and my new lash extensions! It was exactly how I wanted them to be and I've gone back several times after. Every technician there is knowledgeable and extremely kind. I only wish they had more stores in Orange County!
So good massage, nice location. I asked for two female therapist. She didn't ask any questions and seemed to know where my spots were but I would have liked a 90 min and they assumed I wanted a 60. Even though massage was good it could have been better, more pressure in the right areas etc. overall better. Anyway, I like it, will be back to try waxing next time. They are Lena and Jenny.

I got a shoulder tattoo here from Zel, and I am so happy with the results! A while ago, I had paid for the shop to research tattoo designs based on myself and my family’s history and ethnic background in the Philippines. I came in, and Zel showed me the motifs that they had identified as appropriate for me. I pointed to the ones that I wanted incorporated into my tattoo, and we got started. I got about a quarter of my arm tattooed, and it looks great! Took about four hours. Highly recommended!

They put a pressure me into doing all of these procedures within a short time (most on the higher end cost option). I wish I had known Dr. Chu and staff here earlier.

No complaints. The doctor is friendly and helpful and fast. We got into a car accident and were referred. Came here a couple of times a week for about 25 to 30 mins. Did help relieve pain but ultimately I had to go to specialist.

I have been going to Jaein for about three months now for chronic abdominal pain,bloating, and horrible menstrual cramps surrounding my periods. Although there is an immediate calming effect I felt overall after the first session I didn’t start noticing a significant difference to my abdominal symptoms until after 4 sessions. I have notice a BIG difference in my menstrual cycles, less cramping, and bloating. I feel like the acupuncture has simply helped just balance my hormones overall. I also had prior surgeries that left me with chronic nerve sensitivity in my back which also has improved significantly since she has been working on my back as well. The place is really clean, quiet, and she wears a mask during the treatments which was also important for me. The room can get a little cold but she has been turning on the heater prior to my sessions since I brought it up to her which is nice. Overall, great experience so far being 3 months in.
* I didn’t take any pictures at the beginning of the treatments but my stomach was much more swollen than the pictures show when I started I only started taking pictures once I started to notice a difference in my bloating.
