The whole team were excellent communicators ! We had items to take care of prior to the actual restoration of our living room due to the unusual San Diego Rainy season.From the start, Mr. Perry Campbell the construction Manager, explained the timeline of construction and the steps it would take. He was available to answer questions and often did . His team was effective, efficient and professional and got the job done. The J&M Keystone team reflected an attitude of great service, from the initial contact with the staff , communication was open and transparent. It gives me great joy to write this letter; last May during a water heater flood in a Historic building in San Diego, I had another opportunity to see the J & M Keystone flood restoration team do their magic. By magic I mean, with the one phone call we had two teams, four trucks and a mountain of equipment on site within 30 minutes of our call, this was an operation the Navy Seal's would have been proud of.
