“I called to have them repair my washing machine. REALLY Appreciated the honest estimate and response, even though it cost him a $300 repair job. I gave them the information, error codes, he let me know that the part was not available locally and that even though the machine was not used that much, my washer was near the end of its projected life and it was better to limp on and put the money towards a new machine.
