Cesar was so kind to come out to my home so quickly to diagnose the problems I was having with my air conditioner today. He discovered the root of my systems problems in the first 5 minutes of being here. My air is cold again thank God and Cesar!! It's 109 degrees outside but 78 inside. So thankful!!

Cesar was excellent and professional. He happened to be around the corner from my house working a different job when we called, and he was at my front door in quite literally 5 minutes to come diagnose the problem with our furnace. He walked me through everything he was doing to help provide credibility about the issues we were going to be paying for and made sure I could get my questions answered. We needed a new part which he suggested could be ready in two days. It was, and he paid us a late visit after 7pm when he was again in the neighborhood. While it may be convenient to get a time slot scheduled, this worked out really great for us as our apartment has been extremely cold (a problem for us with a baby in the home) so we welcomed him in and he made the fix in a matter of 20 minutes. It turned out to even need an additional part he hadn't expected, but this was no problem as he had the needed component in his truck. He came prepared! The cost was exactly as quoted and he left us with an expectation about the state of the furnace and what may have problems in the future. Very thorough walkthrough of everything and I even feel like I understand more about the inner workings of furnaces after his explanations. 5 stars.

I needed a second opinion after Airman Heating and Air Conditioning pressured me to replace my furnace after installing a new circuit board. I wish I had called Ricardo of Wolves Heating & Air Conditioning Inc first. Ricardo came out the same day, checked out my 22 year old furnace, listened to my description of the frightening "advice" the Airman company gave me and assured me my furnace was operating as it was designed to do, that it was safe, and that it was good for 2-3 more years. When it is time to replace it I am calling Ricardo owner of Wolves Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.! Don't mistake "Wolves HVAC Mechanic" (another name for Airman) for Wolves Heating & Air Conditioning....that's what I did BUT they are not the same company!
