I've received Brazilian wax services 3x so far and it's been great! The first appointment was my first time so she explained everything in detail from the process to the aftercare. She does a great job distracting you during the process by talking about other things so the wax process can go faster and I'm out of there in like 5-10minutes. It's great! Totally recommend.

I cannot recommend Phuong enough!I was originally recommended by my cousin years before actually seeing Phuong, but since I'm a creature of habit, i continued to go to European wax center even though i was unhappy, but when the only tech that would wax me left, i knew it was time for a change. I truly regret not going to Phuong sooner!My first appointment with Phuong went smoothly and she made me feel so comfortable! We all know that getting a Brazilian can be so awkward, especially with a new tech, but she made it the most easy transition.Phuong is fast and efficient! I am literally writing this review as I'm walking out of my appointment-- this was theeeeee FASTEST wax appointment I've ever had. Walked in at 5:57PM & I came out at 6:11PM. Phuong was so responsive, knowledgeable, and just knows her stuff!!! SUCH a sweetheart. All the reviews here are true... Coming to see Phuong was like walking in to my bestie's house!
