We've spent a year with Radu and Strong Builders remodeling our mixed use property on Broadway in SF. They've done an exellent job doing a very complicating rettrofitting for the foundation and structure update. It appeared that a residential house was completely rotten and we had to change almost all of the structure. It took some time and money, but Radu suggested really good solutions that helped save a lot. Plumbing, electrical and HVAC was just excellent.
