We've spent a year with Radu and Strong Builders remodeling our mixed use property on Broadway in SF. They've done an exellent job doing a very complicating rettrofitting for the foundation and structure update. It appeared that a residential house was completely rotten and we had to change almost all of the structure. It took some time and money, but Radu suggested really good solutions that helped save a lot. Plumbing, electrical and HVAC was just excellent. Now we have 12 zones for ventillation and climate control, full scale smart house, almost full control on access and appliances, lighting, home theater and other. 11 bathrooms of different design, sauna controlled by a smart phone and other miraculius features. Finishing has superior quality, we've never seen anything close to it in San Francisco. Price was quite reasonable regarding scope of work and quality and complexity of the project. Thumbs up Radu, definetely would recommend you to other developers and homeowners.
