I had a leak on the weekend and didn't know what to do and I was panicking. Shawn helped to calm me down and understand what was needed and said that he could come now, but weekend rates apply and he didn't need to charge me the extra money, I just needed to take the right steps to stop it from getting worse as mould doesn't start for at least a week. He came first thing on Monday morning and was an absolute star, helping to find all the problems and give advice great advice on how to solve them and how to save money. I called Servpro and spoke to Shawn Newton about water damage from an overnight sink leak in a rental property. From our conversation, I could easily see why Servpro has so many 5* reviews and why their schedule is so fully booked. Even though he knew his schedule was already full, Shawn patiently took time from his lunch break on a Saturday to educate and advise me on my urgent issue, and how to best handle it.
