We had called RMC about an estimate for a small residential electrical fire (& resultant soot damage) and they came out the next morning. Very prompt! The project manager Iris was very friendly, respectful, professional, and most of all knowledgeable. She demonstrated the cleaning process, took 360 degree room photos and even gave us some high quality dry wipe sponges. We will highly consider using their services once our contractor finishes his repairs. They made a really good first impression and represented RMC well. They will also partner with your insurance company during the whole process.
My husband Tim and I want to give a huge shout out to the folks at Restoration. Tony and his crew -- Israel, Enidio, Belen and Armando -- were incredibly hardworking and thorough in digging us out of the mess left by a three-foot wall of muddy water last week. They all really went the extra mile in helping us dry out and get back on our feet. We appreciate their positive attitude and incredible work ethic!
