We discovered a water leak on a random week night. Having worked for PRS for several years, knowing their work ethic & integrity first hand, there’s no other company I would think of calling. Their knowledgeable & super personable Mitigation Supervisor, Jhoel, came out to assess and stabilize the same night. The next day, their skilled technicians Anthony B. & Dustin completed the demo of wet materials & strategically placed the drying equipment to dry the structure that could be salvaged. In doing so, they saved my hardwood floors! Their Mitigation Manager was kind & communicative throughout the process so that we felt well-informed about the schedule of services & status of insurance approval of his estimate. Towards the end of the mitigation process, Repair Project Manager, Michael Brown, contacted us. There was never a moment throughout the repair process that we didn’t feel like we were in good hands as he provided us with a schedule of repairs prior to starting the work & delivered on every expectation. When my insurance adjuster stopped being responsive, Michael remained steadfast & was able to obtain the approvals needed to move forward with the repairs. I have referred everyone I know in need of emergency restoration to PRS & now I can continue to do so with the added confidence due to my own personal testimony as a customer. I can't say enough about the professionalism, skill, and responsiveness of Professional Restoration Services! The Mitigation team were at our home the day after I placed a call to them, and they worked tirelessly to remove wet insulation under the house caused by a catastrophic burst pipe. Their efforts continued inside the house where moisture caused damage to part of the kitchen floor. Each crew involved in the process was courteous, efficient, and always willing to explain what they were doing. Project Manager Michael worked closely with us throughout the process of completing all the necessary repairs. He displayed extraordinary determination and patience with our insurance company when the assigned claims adjuster did not respond to PRS or to us. Thanks to his repeated efforts, our claim was finally processed, and the repairs were completed. We are thrilled with the results and are especially appreciative of the responsiveness and kindness with which all our questions were addressed by the entire team.
