Tom and Frank are the best. They’ve gone above and beyond to get rid of our rat issue that my family has been dealing with. Their communication, thoroughness, and quality of work is amazing. They know exactly what they are doing. They were able to find all the entry points that the rats were coming from and they were able to seal them up. I would 100% recommend them to anybody who is having rodent issues. If you’re dealing with a rodent issue these guys are your problem solvers.
When we had a rodent infestation over the winter we were at a loss, we attempted to purchase traps of our own and rodent proofing our house, but all to no avail. Thankfully, Frank and Tom are professionals who understand the nature of rodents and were quick to assess the issues at hand. They were thorough, thoughtful, and transparent with their process. They even went ahead and vacuumed hard to reach areas, installed metal plates to cover holes, and set up a flurry of traps with bait that was personalized to the rodents based off what they had been eating.
