Osnaider is the best and did an amazing job cleaning our three-story building. It's like we have new windows again! We are definitely going to contact him again for annual cleanings.

Osnaider is the owner and operator of this business and he takes pride in a job well done. He came right on time to wash my front walk, firepit seating, stairs, and metal patio louvers. The gutter cleaners wouldn't touch the louvers but he had no problem with them and did an excellent job. He also moved (and carefully replaced) all furniture himself. When he finished, he took another look and realized it wasn't to his standard and spent another hour on the job. I will call him again, no doubt!

I had an Absolutely perfect experience with Osnaider at OVR! I Reached out via text stating that I needed an estimate for exterior window cleaning of my home. Osnaider got back to me immediately and came by the same day in the evening to give me an estimate. The price he quoted was very fair and he came by the following day and cleaned the windows. The work was perfect and fast. Osnaider is very honest, personable, and does fantastic work. I have found my new go-to for my window cleaning needs. It really helps that he's local to me!
