Ethan did a fantastic job rekeying my unit today. He was friendly, communicative, and efficient. I called and was able to get service on the same day, which is much better than the other locksmiths I tried to schedule with. I highly recommend his services for the promptness and efficiency.

I was locked out of my house on a Friday afternoon. My car key and wallet were inside the house, and I had to pick up my child from school in an hour. The locking mechanism inside the lock completely failed due to metal fatigue. In my desperation, I called Neighborhood Locksmith SF, and they were able to dispatch a locksmith (Ethan) to my location in about 30 minutes. Before Ethan arrived, he called to give us an estimated time of arrival.Once here, Ethan was able to unlock the door in under one minute!
