Montgomery Sansome, led by owner Len Nordeman, is an honest contractor who promptly returned my calls, always showed up when he said he would, charged me reasonable fees for various tasks, completed the work when he said he would, and continues to back the job with follow-up visits and a multi-year guarantee. (I heard from another Montgomery Sansome customer how Len recently repaired at no cost a foundation problem caused ten years later by changing soil conditions that naturally weren't even his fault.)
