Even when I place last-minute (and I mean ridiculously last-minute) orders with less than 12 hours’ notice, she somehow pulls it off beautifully. “Monica was the floral designer for our wedding, and her florals were truly works of art. She really took the time to understand my vision and delivered such creative pieces. She was very considerate of the budget and really easy to work with, even when I needed to add some additional pieces last minute. Monica even helped me pick linen colors that would look good! I've also been to a floral workshop at her store and thought it was very well organized so would also recommend that. The best florist in the city!!

“Cute concept! I'm a cafe junkie and appreciate unique, delicious and easy going spots in the city. A friend of mine sent me a video of this spot and was thrilled to see the blend of flowers and coffee! Yummy cappuccino with whole milk (only other option is Oak) and a few Dynamo donuts to pair it with. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have flowers setup in the cafe - huge selling point. But perhaps they didn't arrive until the actual flower shop opens. Some dog treats, water station and limited seating - but a cute parklet out front! The person helping me out was polite but clearly uninterested to engage beyond answering my questions about the store. I would love to come back and swoop a coffee while checking out the floral space next door.“

“Wow! I ordered a standing floral arrangement for a funeral and it turned out spectacular. We also added a traditional Chinese ribbon (not pictured for privacy) and it was stunning. Customer service was kind and communicative and the arrangement made it to the chapel within the time frame. They updated me during every step of the process. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more beautiful floral arrangement. I highly recommend this shop.“

“I dont usually leave reviews but had to for this hidden gem. Found this local small business florist operating from her home garage on google. Thought it was unique and interesting so decided to give them a shot. Glad I did, my wife and mother were delighted. Beautiful high quality arrangements and very fair prices. Definitely bang for your buck. Thank you to the kind worker and for great customer service (I think her name was either Sharon or Erika).
BUT FYI MAKE SURE TO place order on their website or by phone before going to pick up flowers. I didn't know about this, so when I visited the shop, I ended up waiting around half an hour for them to make my custom arrangement. She told me they mainly take website and phone pickup/delivery orders and rarely take walk-in orders. Other than that I'll definitely be back for my flower needs.“

“At first, I wasn't going to splurge for a florist's bridal bouquet for a civil ceremony, but I'm glad I did. The pictures are spectacular! Tailoring a unique floral arrangement to the theme of the wedding was important to me, and Roxane took the time to understand my vision. She asked detailed questions about the colors of my wedding dress and my sister's maid of honor dress to ensure the flowers perfectly complemented both our outfits. I also appreciated her knowledge of what flowers would accompany the venue. She suggested orchids, peonies, and garden roses to match the elegance of San Francisco City Hall as well as the luxurious feel of my dress. The final products were beyond anything I could have imagined! My bridal bouquet was absolutely stunning, and the smaller bouquet for my sister and the boutonniere for my fiance were equally beautiful and perfectly coordinated. Roxane even offered to deliver the flowers the evening before the wedding since I live nearby. This extra step ensured everything was fresh and ready for the early morning ceremony the next day. Roxane's passion for her craft and genuine care for her customers is evident in everything she does. She made the entire floral experience enjoyable and worry-free.
