After a disastrous attempt at trying to use an internet supplier for barn-style door track and hanger hardware and getting sticker shock from local custom door suppliers, I was recommended to Crown Supply. Working with Sean, Crown designed custom hardware, specifically track modifications to meet my mounting needs and offered suggestions as how to improve the general appearance of my project without adding cost. They also had working examples of all the hardware available in their office. I use this people once, they're resellers of Barn-type door hardware and other architectural hardware. After a few weeks of wait, they delivered wrong parts. I called them to find out about it, but after talking with the owner over the phone, his attitude was something like: "Figure out how to install the hardware by yourself and don't bother us with calls!!" Every set of track, rollers and hardware was over $600, with prices like this I would expect a professional customer service, but they lack CS Skills.
