Costco Vision Center provides an excellent experience for customers. The staff is incredibly helpful, whether it's verifying insurance or making patients feel comfortable during appointments. Doctors at the center are knowledgeable and reassuring, taking the time to answer any questions patients may have. The optical manager is friendly and dedicated to making the customer's experience enjoyable, going above and beyond to ensure patient needs are met. The center offers efficient and professional service, making it easy to schedule appointments and receive high-quality care.
Dr. Hung and office staff were friendly, professional, quick, and efficient. I made an appointment for an eye exam and contact lens fitting, and that was what I got. They were not pushy, like I had previously experienced at other optometry offices in the past. They happily provided me with a prescription for both contacts and glasses, so that I can make my purchase elsewhere when ready. Super pleasant experience.
I walked into Dr. Hu's office this morning and was pretty stoked about her services. Comprehensive, friendly, and professional. The staff at the front desk are awesome as well, and I got my eye exam done within 30 minutes or so. I checked out the glasses and Dan helped me out. Dude had been here since 1999! Absolute Costco legend right here. Overall, my experience with Costco Optical has been stellar. Fast and friendly service. Got me outta here within an hour altogether :)
I had an amazing experience at K&K Optometry. The receptionist were incredibly helpful with verifying my insurance and making me feel comfortable during my appointment. Today, I saw Dr. Hung who was extremely knowledgeable and reassured any questions I had. I’ve also seen other doctors at their practice and they’ve been equally helpful!
