This is the best nail salon ever. They are sweet, communicative, gentle, and my nails last a really long time even though I get them soaked pretty much 20 times a day.As a nurse, you need them to be durable and they DELIVERED. Went here for years <3 loved my nails every time.
Nails broke immediately after finishing service, within 3days after 7 nails broken off. Told to come in to get a fix, when arriving store empty but told due to others appointments I couldn't be helped. I've arrive multiple times with an appointment time and have been told to wait until who ever was being helped was finished. They ended up giving me a refund of my money instead of fixing their mistake. A day before my birthday at 4:30pm. Thanks for screwing up, I will not be coming back ever again and I hope others find this review helpful!
Disappointing for what it's worth. $35 sloppy gel manicure, where the manicurist was more concerned with gossiping with her coworker than cleaning up her mistakes and all the gel caked under several of my nails. Maybe next time I'll request Mimi specifically, according to other reviews, cause it was just so-so
