It is with great pleasure to write a review about the work American Home Renewal completed on our home in San Francisco. Micah and his team were professional, clean and efficient. AHR's attention to detail ensured that the house not only was waterproof but that it looked great as well. The attention to detail also provided peace of mind that my wife and I (and then our kids when they get the house) will not have to worry about water damage years from now. First time I've ever felt inclined to cheer loudly for a home improvement vendor, but from the initial point of contact and showroom visit to the permits, communication, and installation of the massive picture window replacement in the front of my house due to leakage, American Home Renewal exceeded expectations. They also managed to do it all within the 3 days installation time per the original estimated quote which was also spot on, with NO surprises...a rarity as well. We had a lot of windows done, including kitchen/garden window, new door, and replacing a bedroom window set that were a weird dimension and which I expected to be a costly problem to solve. The spec team were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The install team were similarly super friendly, lovely guys, quick workers, highly skilled. All work was done on time, and the owners helped me out on price having learnt I'd been scammed by Vlad M @ Heritage Windows (name may have changed, if you see that name run a mile). My advice would be to go with American Home Renewal. Look at the ratings, these folks are the best, save yourself stress and get it done right.
