I've been coming to Vina, the owner, regularly for about a year now, and she is truly gifted. I feel so fortunate for her as a regular part of my self care practice. If you're looking to be either gently pampered or to "work on this one knot", then move along and go to a big box place. She is not that. Vina offers a true wellness experience in that she works from a therapeutic perspective and beside her actual training, she really has a gift for listening for what the body needs and letting that dictate the particular way she works with you. I never really know when she is going to subtly respond to something that she has the sense needs either more of or a different type of attention. Every time is different, and for me that feels right, because although I have had the same chronic back issues for decades, day to day there are some things that feel better or worse, and without having to articulate that, she will just "find" it - and do her thing. I do know that since I've been working with her, I've felt better. Increasingly so. What could be a better plug for a massage therapist? My body and whole system feel better. In addition to her gifted hands, you won't meet a more heart-full person. Vina is just gold: real, fun, funny, so caring, and always responsive to my questions or concerns.She's not the first massage person I've gone to, but she's undoubtedly going to be the last as long as I live here.Thank you so much, Vina!
