I had an appointment with Taylor and she was so sweet the entire time. She did my nails beautifully too!!!! Everyone was very kind and the nails turned out so pretty I really recommend coming here
this was my first time coming to Elegant Nails and Hair. My friend brought me, as she is a common costumer. I was greeted at the door with warms smiles and open arms. everybody was so sweet and so good at their jobs. they were very patient as my friend picked out a color she didn't end up using! I will definitely be coming back, as my nails are so cute and exactly what I was picturing. everybody should come here, I would call this the best nail salon in south pasadena and i say that having tried a lot of them. 11/10 experience and 12/10 nails!
Great customer service as soon as I walked in. Cynthia, the lady working the register, was very welcoming and accommodating to my needs. As I waited for one of the nail ladies to be done with her client, Cynthia grabbed 2 cups of water for me because I mentioned feeling thirsty. She also complimented me and asked me questions about myself, creating a very friendly and positive environment. I was also very impressed with Taylor, the lady who did my Gel X nails. She stayed 30 minutes after closing to finish working on my nails and made sure to make my nails look even, clean, and perfect. I will definitely be coming back here for more!!!
