Tiger Kim's Tae-Kwon Do is perfect for my 2 boys. Mike offers training for all ages and abilities for both boys and girls. The lessons that my children are practicing at Tae-Kwon Do are valuable life skills. Respect, discipline, confidence, self-defense, flexibility, and exercise. Class at 5:30-6:30 is ideal for us along with location upstairs from Fit Republic is perfect for any parent needing a practice of their own. I'm able to go workout while my boys do their activity !!
