Wether you need to do a drop in or you're looking for an amazing gym membership with a great community this is the gym to come to! I decided to do their 6 week challenge and I have seen such amazing results and gained workout and nutrition knowledge I will have forever. Wonderful owners and coaches that truly care and put in the effort for you to reach your goals.

Best gym EVER!!! Although I'm no longer living in South Lake, I can still hear Bridget's voice in my head when I work out!! The amount of knowledge I gained from Elevated is worth every dime alone! 1 year and 2 states later, I'm realizing exactly how spoiled I was!! My dog too! Tahoe is lucky to have you!

We are in Tahoe 4-5 times a year since we have a vacation rental that we come up to check on. I found Elevated fitness on my ClassPass and I am so glad I did! My husband and I love it here. It is a personable gym, great instructors, great workouts, and a clean atmosphere :) I look forward to visiting every time we are here! I was so happy to see they were open during our recent visit since the covid shutdown. They are doing a great job to make people feel safe during their workouts! We may move to Tahoe full time in the near future and if so, I will plan to make this my "go to" gym!
