It was enjoyable sunset cruise during on Feb 2024 right after winter Strom. I could not take advantage of unlimited champagne, as I was the designated driver, would have preferred hot chocolate or hot tea.
It was a very pleasant experience to join Tahoe Cruises. The service and services are satisfactory. Get complementary drinks (you can choose free flow coffee/chocolate/champagne?). Snacks are available but there is a fee. On the trip around Lake Tahoe, the boat captain explained about Lake Tahoe and its surroundings. We were also taken to Emerald Bay and saw Fannette Island. In summer we can swim around here. There is a tea house.
Great crew -Had a wonderful time! Booked the day before during Christmas week - beautiful sunset, smooth ride on the pristine lake! Must do activity when coming to South Tahoe especially for those of us not able to do the winter sports or activities. The crew kept our glasses filled w some very dry and cheap champagne had a beautiful sunset got super close to the island and enjoyed the narration and history from the captain.
