I've been doing hot yoga for about 10 years, and Omni is the best of the best. The entire space is clean and calm, and the studio itself has the perfect vibe. The instructors are also phenomenal--I've made bigger strides in my personal practice over the past month than at any other studio I've tried!

Great class and nice space. I was in town on vacation and watched to start my day off with yoga so I went to the slow flow- heated class and it was great. The instructor was great, room was warm, welcoming and relaxing. Would definitely return.

Love love love! The Hot Vinyasa with Kayla is my favorite, but all the instructors ate special in their own way! There is something for every level and each class is better the more you go!
