They did a pest inspection for a home we are in escrow on. We had already had a the home inspection completed at this point and thought we knew of all water damage issues. Mountain Termite & Pest Control made the extra effort after noticing some fungus below the home. They noticed the cracked tile in master bathroom and ran the water for awhile and then could see that it was leaking to under the home. I was really surprised the pest and not home inspection uncovered this and now am a firm believer in multiple inspections. They also found a hole and damage small animals had done to a room that has not been drywalled yet. Almost everything they found would require us to hire someone else versus creating opportunities for them to make money. They were friendly, kind, and we felt they really cared about us knowing everything wrong with the home at this critical buying stage.

Friendly staff from start to finish, Ole is super helpful with questions on inspections. When escrow failed to pay they waved my late fee due to this not being my fault. Thank you!!
