Getting back on the healthy train was difficult this year for me. I gave Ritual a try on Saturday morning. I feel a lot better. It raised my spirts to be among fellow Yogi's who have a passion for physical and mental well being. Ember was a wonderful leader and the atmospere felt more tribal and connected then most Yoga studios. A great home for Yogis to find their tribe. I want to try all the other wonderful services offered.

Ember is absolutely amazing. I went to see her for a Thai yoga massage (My first ever) after experiencing major neck pain. I went in with little mobility and left feeling like a whole new person. Her space is beautiful, calm and welcoming. And her energy is equally calm and welcoming. I will definitely be returning and also telling the world about Ember’s magic hands!
