Chris met me and gave instructions to have the furniture packed out, and the drywall and insulation torn out (water damage abatement). Then he told me to pick out paint colors for the walls. When it was time for him to come and rebuild my home, he ghosted me. I left many worried messages with no response. When I finally did reach him, he said he had personal problems to deal with and he could not do my job. After many phone calls, I finally found a contractor in Reno, but because it as been a long process , I have lived in a home that is torn apart for nine months now. I only have access to kitchen and bedroom. I could have had walls and a living/dining room during all of this time while I was dealing with estimates and insurance claims.

He missed scheduled appt and called AFTER the scheduled time. Came out next day on time..told me I'd have numbers in 3 days..nothing..sent him text 7 days after asking if he was still interested in the work, said yes, that he wasn't done w his numbers because his employees aren't showing up to work. Told me I'd have them the next day..been a week..not a word..my experience, move along..save your time.
