Jessica with a z is amazing. She worked us so hard and my mom sweats a lot. She does a great combination of cardio and strength. She has come so far and is very nice and supportive while still giving us a great workout.
Christina was extremely knowledgeable and delivered a highly personalized recovery plan for me following my foot surgery. I learned so much, and absolutely couldn't have achieved this level of post-op strength and pain relief without the folks at Mind Body PT. Top-notch facility, caring and professional staff, and a rehabilitation program that is specialized to the individual on a daily basis. Can't recommend this place enough!
Christina and staff are phenomenal. They prevented me from having frozen shoulder after a snowboarding injury. Christina is extremely knowledgeable, attentive to detail, and great customer interaction. Mandi,Shannon, and Chrissy also went above and beyond in care. 10/10 recommend. Also, their price in this area cannot be matched!
