Just had radon mitigation done in my home by EIC. I feel so much better knowing that when my home is closed up, warm and cozy in the winter, that I'm not breathing radon-filled air anymore. The quote was fair and the scheduling process was straightforward. Once on site, the workers were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Very pleased with everything about this company.

We used home tests for Radon twice (18 months apart) in our home and the highest result was 3.9 pCi/L, just under the EPA recommended abatement level of 4pCi/L. To err on the safe side we chose to hire E.I.C. to provide mitigation. Cameron gave us a bid then Adam & Devon came out to seal up the crawl space and install an under house fan, this took the two an entire day to accomplish. Then two commercial grade testing units were placed inside the home for three days and the resulting number was 0.3pCi/L. We can now rest easy knowing the air inside our home is safe and feel that the resale value increased as well. Everyone at E.I.C. was professional and knowledgeable.

We had Environmental Inspections and Construction do our house inspection before we purchased in South Lake Tahoe. We were so impressed by their professionalism and quality work that we had them do the radon mitigation about 6 months later. The owner Cameron is a really nice guy, very professional, and experienced. Levi did our mitigation work and he was fast, courteous and communicated with us exactly what he was doing.
